Workplace conduct
We expect respectful communication, professional behavior, and cooperation across all teams. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and offensive conduct are not tolerated.
Employees should treat colleagues, clients, and vendors with fairness and courtesy in every interaction.
Privacy and confidentiality
All personal, client, and business information must be handled responsibly and only used for authorized business purposes.
Employees must protect confidential information, follow privacy laws and contractual obligations, and report any suspected data loss or unauthorized access immediately.
Acceptable use of technology
Company devices, accounts, software, and internet access are provided for business use. Limited personal use may be allowed when it does not interfere with work, security, or productivity.
Unauthorized software, unsafe downloads, weak passwords, and sharing access credentials are prohibited.
Remote work and security
Remote work must be completed in a secure environment. Employees should lock screens, protect devices, use approved networks where possible, and keep company information away from public view.
Any lost, stolen, or compromised device must be reported as soon as possible so protective action can be taken.
Reporting and compliance
Employees are responsible for reporting policy concerns, suspected breaches, security incidents, and unethical behavior to management or the appropriate internal contact.
Failure to follow this policy may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
